For years, I managed a kidney disease with a 93% mortality rate.
Not dramatically. Quietly. With weekly injections. Steroids. Watching everything I ate — because staying alive wasn’t guaranteed.
Getting better wasn’t a choice. It was how I stayed out of dialysis.
That experience rewired how I think about resilience. Not the motivational-poster kind. The real kind — where life forced me to find out what I was made of.
I walked away from a W-2 job to bet on myself. I’ve had more than my share of sleepless nights. And I know what it feels like to carry everything — alone — with no guarantee it pays off.
I know the quiet weight of I should be further along.
22 years of clinical work and a lot of my own hard lessons taught me one thing: the gap between where you are and where you want to be is almost never about strategy.
It’s about who you’re being when the pressure shows up.
That’s the work.
At some point I stopped looking for the next thing that would finally fix it.
And started looking at the person who kept needing fixing.
That’s when everything shifted. Not just in my business — in how I showed up for my family, my health, the future I’m actually responsible for.
Here’s what I know now that I didn’t know then:
Most of us aren’t stuck because we don’t know what to do. We’re stuck because we’re not yet the person who can do it.
We’re running on an outdated operating system — one built around fear, self-protection, and the constant noise of I should be further along.
That’s the work I do with syndicators.
Not motivation. Not strategy. Not another framework to forget by Friday.
We do the internal work that makes everything else possible — so you can finally see what you’re made of.
I was given a second chance.
When I was staring at the very real possibility of not being around to watch my daughter grow up, everything got simple — fast.
The noise stopped. The ego washed away. The pretending disappeared.
What was left was this:
That moment didn’t break me.
It clarified me.
And since then, I have been unapologetic about one thing:
I will not let great people play small.
I wake up fired up — because I get to sit across from ambitious operators who have already built something real — and watch them go bigger than they ever let themselves before.
I’ve watched grown men go quiet when it hits them they’ve been operating at 60%.
I’ve watched leaders realize the ceiling they’ve been fighting is one they built themselves.
I’ve had spouses reach out because something shifted at home — not tactics, not productivity — identity.
And here’s the truth:
I’m damn good at spotting the patterns that keep high-performers stuck.
I see them quickly. I name them clearly. And I refuse to let you hide behind them.
Not with shame. With belief.
Because once you see who you actually are — and stop negotiating with your own potential — everything changes.
This is the work I was built for. And when you sit across from me, you get all of it.
I’m not here to hand you scripts or tell you to “manifest abundance.”
I’m here to help you become someone different.
Someone who doesn’t avoid hard conversations.
Someone who doesn’t let discomfort make their decisions.
Someone who can carry the weight of leadership without collapsing under it.
That’s identity work. Not tactics.
You don’t need another strategy.
You need the version of you who can execute the one you already have.
I see the patterns fast.
Deal fear.
Investor hesitation.
Leadership pressure you pretend doesn’t get to you.
Most people try to fix that with more information.
That’s not the issue.
The issue is who you are when the pressure hits.
We build that.
Because when your identity expands, your ceiling moves with it.
Pattern Recognition
I see the patterns that have been quietly capping you. And I’m not going to let you unsee them.
Mental Leverage
The same leverage you use to build wealth — we apply it to your mind. That’s where the real returns are.
Identity Expansion
Most people try to grow their business before they grow themselves. We flip that. And everything changes.
Built for Syndicators
Capital raising psychology, deal fear, investor conversations, scaling anxiety. I know this world. This isn’t generic coaching dressed up in real estate language.
When you do the inner work, success becomes inevitable.
I help you become the person your next level requires — the one you know you’re capable of.
I work with real estate syndicators who are ready — not just interested.
If you’re ready to face what you’re made of — and grow into the leader your business needs — let’s talk.
Family FirstMy wife and daughter are everything. They see me doing hard things, facing hard truths, and building something that matters. That’s not separate from this work — it’s the whole point of it.
I Beat Kidney DiseaseA 93% mortality rate has a way of teaching you what resilience actually means. Not the bumper sticker version. The real kind — where you learn fast what’s worth your energy and what isn’t.
I Left My W-2 to Build ThisNo backup plan. Just a belief that doing deep, meaningful work with people who are serious about growth beats any “secure” paycheck.
No Guru EnergyI’m not on a stage pretending I’ve got it all figured out. I’m in the arena with you — doing my own work, facing my own patterns, and showing up anyway.
I Will Call You OutIf you’re hiding behind old patterns, I’ll say it. If you’re choosing comfort over growth, I’ll name it. But I’ll do it from a place of genuine care — because I know what it costs to keep carrying what you won’t put down.
You’ve circled this work long enough.
You know the version of you that’s waiting.
You know what happens if you keep avoiding the uncomfortable truths.
Let’s make it safe to step into your next-level identity.
Not everyone is ready for this work. And that’s okay. But if you are — I’m here.
